Article 1: Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern the contractual relationship between akawan (hereinafter "the Provider") and any natural or legal person subscribing to the use of the Bosl.ai sensitive data anonymization SaaS service (hereinafter "the Service").

Article 2: Definitions

The Service allows the user to submit text data to be processed by an anonymization algorithm and secured before transmission to a third-party artificial intelligence tool. The Provider does not guarantee the complete absence of risk, but undertakes to implement reasonable technical best practices to protect the data.

Article 3: Access to the Service

Access to the Service requires the user to create an account. The user agrees to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date throughout their use of the Service.

Article 4: Orders and Subscription

Access to the Service is offered in the form of a paid subscription. The terms and conditions (price, duration, features included) are specified on the Provider's website and may be modified at any time, subject to prior notification to users.

Article 5: Price and Payment

Prices are in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Payment is made by direct debit or any other method indicated at the time of subscription. Failure to pay will automatically suspend access to the Service.

Article 6: Duration and Termination

The subscription is concluded for the duration chosen at the time of subscription. The user may cancel their subscription at any time from their customer area. Termination takes effect at the end of the current subscription period, with no refund for the period already started.

Article 7: Subscription and Unsubscription to Commercial Communications

The user may subscribe to the Service Provider's mailing list to receive commercial information, promotional offers, and news.

• Subscription is done when creating an account or via the customer area.
• The user may unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in each message or by sending an unsubscribe request to contact@bosl.ai.

Article 8: User Obligations

The user agrees to:

• Not transmit illegal data or data that violates public order via the Service.
• Use the Service in accordance with its intended purpose and in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

Article 9: Liability

The Service Provider strives to ensure continuous access to the Service. However, the Provider shall not be held liable in the event of temporary interruptions or malfunctions related to the Internet, technical incidents beyond its control, or force majeure.

Article 10: Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts within the jurisdiction of the Provider's registered office, unless otherwise required by law.

Article 11: Modification of the General Terms and Conditions

The Provider reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The Client will be notified of any modifications by email or via the Provider's website. The new General Terms and Conditions will apply from the date of their publication.
